The Brindisi Municipal Police has launched a major modernization project for its Operations Center as part of the Public Administration's digitalization journey.
The goal is to optimize response times and human resources, significantly increase security within the municipality, and strengthen the ability to make timely decisions in crisis situations.
The modernization of the center was entrusted to Verbatel, which appointed the BOSCO team as a strategic partner to design and implement specialized technical furnishings. The team was tasked with setting up a space that included three workstations with numerous monitors, intended for both control room operators and the supervisor.
The new control center was equipped with Tekno Series Control Consoles, specifically designed to operate in mission-critical environments thanks to their power, ergonomic design, high quality, and durability.
The ergonomics of the space and operator stations were carefully considered when designing the furniture, allowing operators to work comfortably and efficiently during extended shifts. Consequently, the control consoles were arranged to facilitate visibility, communication between stations, and quick access to control systems.
The result is a central Tekno Series Control Console with a semi-curved configuration, designed to optimally accommodate two operators. Each station is equipped with two monitors.
Dedicated compartments have been integrated under the work surface for discreet and orderly positioning of electronic equipment, while also ensuring ample space and comfort for operators' legs (ergonomic solution).
A stand-alone console, from the same series, specifically dedicated to supervision functions, has been placed behind the operator stations.
The final operating environment is distinguished by a modern and futuristic aesthetic, a direct result of the minimalist and iconic design characteristic of our Tekno Series.
