Verbatel needed to build two new operations centers for the Cesenatico and Imola Local Police that would be technologically advanced for real-time monitoring of the territory through hundreds of cameras and dozens of electronic gates.
To achieve this goal, they entrusted us with the spatial design and construction of the technical furnishings for the two centers, which had to meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and ergonomics.
These two operations rooms are crucial for managing interventions, coordinating crews, managing emergencies/major events, and effectively deploying personnel, as they can query databases and support state police forces.
The goal was clear: to create two highly functional, ergonomic, and technologically advanced control environments using our flagship products.
In this case, the console best suited to the needs of the Imola and Cesenatico police was the 2500 XL model, so Verbatel decided to specify this piece of furniture as the most suitable for the critical environment of the operations centers.
The choice of this model was driven by its exceptional features, excellent connectivity, and, in particular, its excellent cable management system. This latter aspect is vital in a high-tech environment, ensuring simplified maintenance, safety and a clean aesthetic.
A key element is the integration of cabinets under the work surface, a fundamental solution for discreetly and organizedly housing all electronic equipment and servers. This feature freed up the workstation, contributing to a tidier and safer work environment.
The 2500 XL control console also stood out for its ergonomic qualities. Its cantilevered top is not just a design detail, but a crucial element that meets the most rigorous ergonomic standards, ensuring operators have ample and comfortable space to carry out their operations without fatigue.

Nuova Centrale Operativa Polizia di Imola
The visual and functional center of the Imola Local Police control room is the imposing Video Wall 1000 Base structure, composed of nine 55-inch professional LCD monitors, positioned in line with the Control Console. The Cesenatico headquarters also uses the Video Wall 1000 Base model, albeit in a smaller version: a system composed of four 55-inch monitors.
This videowall is not just a display, but also serves as a central unit: its lower section integrates large modules dedicated to housing electronic equipment and management systems, significantly improving operational capabilities.
