Recently, we completed the full deployment of a video surveillance control room for a major Venetian facility. This project was commissioned by Bee Up, and we would like to sincerely thank our partner for choosing and trusting our expertise.
The room has been organized into two distinct areas, each dedicated to specific video surveillance operations. This subdivision allows for clearer task management and an optimized workflow, ensuring that the two teams can work smoothly without interfering with one another.
At the center of each area, we installed our top-of-the-line Tekno Consoles: the first designed to accommodate three operators, and the second for two operators. This technical furniture stems from our long-standing experience in designing control room solutions, and in this project, it has found one of its most accomplished expressions.
Beneath the work surface, the integrated cabinet modules allow for an impeccable organization of equipment and wiring, keeping the environment tidy and facilitating maintenance. A detail we worked on with particular care is the operators' legroom: despite the presence of the cabinets, each workstation guarantees the necessary freedom of movement for extended shifts, in full compliance with ergonomic principles.
Each workstation is completed by two monitors per operator, fully adjustable according to the strictest ergonomic standards, to reduce visual and postural fatigue during surveillance shifts.
In front of the consoles stand two videowalls from our 2000 Base series, a modular system that allows us to tailor the configuration to the specific needs of each project. For this particular room, the first videowall consists of ten 55-inch LCD monitors, while the second comprises four monitors, delivering an impressive, comprehensive overview of all monitored areas.
What makes this environment truly unique is a feature we are particularly fond of: the integrated LED lighting. Positioned both beneath the consoles and inside the videowalls, it infuses the room with a striking, futuristic atmosphere.
