DABsi, a leading Italian company in the design, construction, and management of advanced integrated security systems, has chosen Bosco to implement and build two strategic control rooms for Snam, a leader in the energy infrastructure sector, at its prestigious new headquarters in the Symbiosis district of Milan.
Snam's new headquarters, soon to be inaugurated, symbolizes a cultural shift and a shift in the company's way of working. The project envisions a modern, sustainable, and inclusive workplace. The new open and flexible spaces are designed to foster collaboration and interaction, while a paperless approach and digitalization will ensure dynamic management of activities. The ultimate goal is for the new headquarters to become a hub of expertise, inclusivity, and sustainability, while also enriching the surrounding community.
Snam's new headquarters will be a key reference point for the company's image. In addition to integrating cutting-edge technologies, the center will regularly welcome high-level visitors. For this reason, our focus was on quality, functionality, and aesthetics throughout the project.
The choice of the most suitable technical furniture was made considering the large volume of equipment to be housed and the need for high ergonomic standards to ensure operational comfort. The Tekno control console was selected as the final choice due to its robustness, modern and minimalist aesthetic, and effective ability to organize cables and equipment.
Designed following the most advanced technological trends, this console ensures optimal work efficiency for operators and serves as a visual highlight for visitors. Its robust construction with high-quality materials makes it the ideal solution for critical environments that operate 24/7.
The final result is two impressive control rooms, each dominated by an imposing, centrally positioned curved Tekno console. With impressive dimensions (10 meters and 8 meters respectively), these consoles are designed to accommodate a total of nine workstations, distributed across the two rooms.
Each module of the large console, almost 2 meters long, has been equipped with an integrated rack cabinet under the work surface to house hardware and manage cabling. This integration optimizes technical space without compromising ergonomics: the operator's legroom remains completely free from obstacles.
Each operator station is equipped with 55-inch monitors (two or four per operator, depending on the room) mounted on ergonomic dual-screen arms. This solution ensures both visual efficiency and optimal working conditions for operators.
